Çok geniş bir kurul oluşturmak yerine, Akademi’nin temel çalışma alanlarını temsil eden ve projeye gerçek anlamda zaman ayırabilecek kişiler tercih edilmelidir.<br /> <br /> Kurul üyeleri farklı disiplinlerden seçilebilir:<br /> <br /> * sosyal bilimler ve göç çalışmaları,<br /> * psikoloji ve insan bilimleri,<br /> * tarih ve kültürel çalışmalar,<br /> * doğa bilimleri,<br /> * ekoloji ve çevre,<br /> * eğitim,<br /> * sanat ve kültür.<br /> <br /> Kurulun yalnızca Ömeranlı kökenli kişilerden oluşturulması zorunlu değildir. Akademi’nin düşünsel niteliğine katkı sağlayabilecek, kurumun değerlerini paylaşan farklı çevrelerden akademisyenlerin katılımı yapıyı güçlendirecektir.<br /> <br /> Danışma Kurulu üyeliğinin sembolik bir unvana dönüşmemesi önemlidir.
